Machine Operator − Benteler

Good with technology, keen on detail and enjoy working with machinery? You could be just the person we're looking for.

Precision is essential when working with glass and as a Benteler Machine Operator, you play an important part in getting it right. At our site in Meer, you'll help ensure our glass leaves the production line with the right finish.

You'll operate our Benteler double-edging machine and keep the production line supplied with materials. You'll grind glass to size, sort it according to production orders and monitor the process to keep everything running smoothly.

You'll also carry out basic maintenance and report any faults promptly.

What you bring

• At least an upper-secondary technical qualifiction (third stage of TSO), or equivalent practical experience.
• A good technical understanding and an interest in machinery and production processes.
• An organised, accurate approach with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• A willingness to learn and the ability to put new knowledge into practice quickly.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good Dutch skills; a basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
• The flexibility to work a two-shift system, alternating between early and late shifts.
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage.
