Order Management Specialist

As an Order Management Specialist, you play a central role in connecting our customers with our internal teams. You oversee the entire order process, from initial enquiry to final delivery, provide technical advice and ensure everything runs smoothly along the way.

What will your role involve?

A varied role combining order management, technical expertise and customer relations.

• You manage complex orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• You provide customers with technical advice on our products and their applications.
• You handle customer enquiries and proactively identify suitable solutions.
• You work closely with different departments to ensure an efficient and high-quality customer experience.

You are a detail-oriented and solution-driven professional with a strong sense of responsibility. You combine commercial awareness with excellent administrative and analytical skills.

Ideally, you also have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in an administrative or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Fluent Dutch and a good working knowledge of spoken French.
• Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Navision is an added advantage.
